Verba Maximus is BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus’ annual literary fest, organized by the passionate minds of the English Language Activities Society (ELAS). Since its inception in 2012, the fest has brought together a myriad of events, competitions, and performances — pitting the sharpest literary minds against each other.

LITERARY LABYRINTH
A creative scavenger hunt where participants decode hidden clues in prose and poetry and craft original writings to reach the final round.
MOONLIT MARGINS
A multi-round creative writing event testing participants’ skills across stories, poetry, journaling, and more, scored to find the top three winners.
PROSE POSE PARADE
Participants bring literary and fictional characters to life through creative costumes and expressive, character-driven speeches.
